Product Description
The two thread rolling dies with threaded teeth are staggered, and the 1/2 pitch is arranged relative to each other. The static die is fixed and the moving die makes a reciprocating linear movement parallel to the static die. When the nail is sent between the two dies, it moves. The die is rubbed and pressed to plastically deform its surface to form threads. This machine is simple, sensitive, efficient, time-saving and labor-saving.
